Terms and Conditions 
At Jahel Joaillier, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair, clear, and transparent. If you cannot find the information you are looking for below, do not hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.
Are all products on the website available for sale? 
All products shown in the shop section of the website are available for purchase unless the chosen product appears to be out of stock. We advise the client to read the full description of the products before purchase. 
If the product is out of stock, an order can be placed, and we will confirm the time it needs for production. 
Who is in charge of the delivery? 
We are in charge of packing and sending the purchased product to the buyer through a package delivery company. 
What are the estimated delivery times?
The delivery times vary based on the products and the number of days necessary for us to prepare the product for pick up by a transporter. 
Delivery time means the number of days necessary for us to confirm the availability of the product and prepare the product for pick up by the transporter in addition to the estimated shipping time.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated according to a fee schedule that takes into account the country of delivery. Accordingly, these shipping costs are not added to the price of the product.
What are the import taxes?
Based on your delivery address, different tax rules and other fees may apply. If you are shipping to yourself from a foreign country, you may be required to pay import duties when you receive your products—the country in which the product is indicated on the invoice. We cannot control these fees, and we cannot predict their amounts. You will be responsible for paying these taxes and import duties that are not included. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
What to do in case of a delivery problem?
- If the product was not received by the buyer
- If the product received does not correspond with the ordered product.
- If the product arrived damaged or broken.​
In the event that a buyer complains about a product, he/she should refer to us. The disputes are directly regulated between the buyer and Jahel Joaillier. Depending on the situation, the declared dispute will be settled either by a return of the product or a reimbursement.
Return, Refunds, and Exchanges?
Jahel Joaillier does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the appropriate location. The product cannot be returned unless it is damaged (we need to have proof).
In the event that a return is made, the purchase price of the product, the packaging cost, and the shipping fees will be settled by the buyer.
After agreeing to send the product back, an address will be provided to you to where the item will be returned by your transporter.
In the event of a refund, the price of the product will be reimbursed by us as soon as the item is returned to Jahel Joaillier.
In case of a refund, the product must be returned in a perfect state, in its original packaging and shipping under conditions identical to those of its initial shipment. The return costs are entirely borne by the buyer. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Jahel Joaillier does not take title to the refunded item.
